The hotel is meant for travellers and locals alike.

Hi do you have an airport shuttle service available? How much would that be? If so I'll book it right now! thank you :)

We do not offer a shuttle service. You can take a direct train from Schiphol Airport to Amsterdam Central, the train is about 20-30 minutes. You can also pre-order a taxi, or take a taxi from the airport at arrival.

Amsterdam Central Station is a 2-4 minute walk from the hotel, there you can find the underground metro.

Do you have elevators?

No, we do not. Many buildings in Amsterdam lack elevators.

ok for the price and location

the location was optimal for our visit to Amsterdam. the room, while small, was sufficient to store our bags while we were out. the given keycard to access the room was also used to open the front door 24/7

the matresses on the bed were quite thin and you could feel that the springs were worn. the toilet was on the hallway and had to be shared with other people staying on the floor, which wouldnt be an issue if people tried to keep the toilet clean.

the staff was nice! and the location was amazing, next to the central station and close to almost everything

The location was great, and the staff were super friendly and even offered us an umbrella when it was raining heavily one morning. The location of this hotel really makes up for the other faults we had found. We were a couple staying for a few days, so we knew it was a budget hotel. we just wished our room was a little cleaner.

The rooms didn't have fresh towels we had to ask and parts of the room wasnt clean, hairs found in the shower and stains on the bed covers etc.

Location was good, nice breakfast, unsuitable for over sixties but ideal for younger people.

9 o’clock for breakfast was to late for us. We were heading out when the chap behind the desk asked us about breakfast this was at eight o’clock. He straight away came out with breakfast for us within a minute. Breakfast was good and the boiled eggs were hot. Really happy with his service and happy attitude.

The room was very small and it was difficult re space with two suitcases. Only place was to put them up on beds to pack and unpack. The stairs a nightmare for older people no lifts. You need to climb a set of stairs going up to get to reception. Then we were on the third floor. We are in our sixties with two suitcases that my husband had to get up there and then down again. A bit hard really for us older type. We heard people coming and going without consideration for others. My husband got up at 12.30 am to tell a very inconsiderate person who had to decided to have a telephone conversation in the stairwell to go away as people were sleeping. The conversation Was so loud from him and we good hear the other person also as he was on speaker phone. It went on for five minutes before he was told to remove himself from the downstairs stairwell to allow others to sleep. His conversation travelled up the stairs for everyone to hear. Who was on duty to stop this from happening?

Close to the train station

The staff was super helpful and the hotel was close to the train station, the stairs are really steep and narrow, but we were warned in advance. Location was great
